Cookie Policy

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that websites store on a user's device when they visit them. They allow the site to remember information about your visit, such as your preferred language and other settings, which can make your next visit easier and the site more useful.

2. Types of cookies we use

Cookie Type Provider Purpose Duration
nxt_cookie_consent Necessary nxtProduct Stores the user's cookie consent preference. Persistent (localStorage)
nxt_lang Necessary nxtProduct Remembers the user's preferred language. Persistent (localStorage)
_ga, _ga_* Analytics Google Analytics Measures visits, traffic sources and browsing behaviour in an aggregated, anonymous way. 2 years
_fbp Marketing Meta Pixel (pending activation) Measures the effectiveness of advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. 90 days

3. Necessary cookies

Technical or necessary cookies are essential for the correct functioning of the website. They do not collect personal information and do not require prior user consent. They are session or persistent cookies managed by nxtProduct.

4. Analytics cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. The information collected is statistical and anonymous: number of visits, most visited pages, time spent and traffic origin. These cookies are only activated if the user accepts them via the cookie banner.

5. Marketing cookies

The Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel is installed but pending activation. When activated, it will only run if the user has accepted marketing cookies. Its purpose is to measure the performance of advertising campaigns and optimise advertising spend.

6. Managing consent

When first accessing the website, a cookie banner is displayed where the user can:

  • Accept all cookies (including analytics and marketing).
  • Reject optional cookies and use only necessary ones.

You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser's cookies and reloading the page, which will display the consent banner again.

7. How to disable cookies in your browser

You can configure your browser to reject or delete cookies at any time. Note that some website features may be affected:

  • Google Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Options > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data.
  • Safari: Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data.
  • Microsoft Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions.
